Today is big batch of lasagna day! My family is coming for dinner so the 2 metal pans are in the oven baking right now. The other 5 pans (3 9x13 and 2 8x8) are already in the freezer. This batch should last us through the winter months!
Wow! That's a lot of lasagna! I'm planning on making lasagna today but only 1 pan. I usually make 2 so we have leftovers for the week but I only have enough ingredients to make 1 today. My family loves lasagna.
